Hi, I'm Kat Nantz.
I am a stress and trauma expert, with 10 years experience and training with the leading experts in trauma, through Traumahealing,org, and Somaticpractice.net, I've worked with hundreds of people 1:1 and in group settings, I've put in thousands of hours supporting folks in better understanding our autonomic stress responses, and the role our nervous system plays in how we handle every day stressors. My unique lived experience of having grown up as a disabled child in chronic pain gives me a unique insight and curiosity into the impacts of trauma, stress, overwhelm. Over the years I've learned how connection, community, self awareness and self discovery and simple easy to use skills can free us from what keeps us locked into patterns of stress and overwhelm that no longer support us.
I am passionate about shifting the culture of push through, endure and burnout. I teach folks simple yet effective skills to manage stress and build more resilient and healthy responses to overwhelm and stress so they can show up in big ways at home and at work.

What Kat Offers
Management level Workshops to teach team leaders and managers skills in better understanding your unique team and how stress motivates or impacts them negatively.
What is the difference between good stress and bad stress? How can supporting your teams nervous system help them in becoming more effective, healthy, and motivated to continue to feel inspired within your workplace?
Team wellness workshops 1.5-3 hours in length, where we use a combination of nervous system education, prompts and engaging interactive exercises to gain more awareness for the members of your team to better understand their stress responses and how they can better care for themselves and each other, so they can bring more of themselves to their life.
Full day workshop (5-7hrs) intensives for your corporate retreats.
Here we do a deep dive into what stress is, the roll it plays in our life, how to master our nervous system/stress responses, how to better know and understand others stress responses and support them with helpful skills and compassion.
